TERMS OF SERVICE

Injektor provides two mobile applications: Injektor (Patient App): A personal health tracking tool that allows patients to record and manage their aesthetic treatment history, photos, and reminders. Injektor Pro (Practitioner App): A practice management tool for aesthetic practitioners to manage patients, treatments, appointments, inventory, and business analytics. Both apps store data locally on your device. We do not operate cloud servers that store your personal or patient data.

To use the App, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • For Injektor Pro: Be a licensed or qualified aesthetic practitioner in your jurisdiction • Not have been previously banned or removed from the service

Injektor Pro Subscription: • Injektor Pro requires an active subscription to access practitioner features • A 14-day free trial is available for new users • Subscription pricing is displayed in the App and on our website • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice Injektor (Patient App): • The patient app is free to download and use • Some features may require a premium upgrade in the future Account Security: • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You must NOT: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App • Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App • Use automated systems or bots to access the App • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points: • All data is stored locally on your device • We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on our servers • You are solely responsible for backing up your data • Deleting the App will permanently delete all locally stored data • Optional cloud backup goes to your own cloud storage account, not our servers For Practitioners: • You are the data controller for all patient information stored in the App • You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) • You must obtain appropriate patient consent before storing their information • You are responsible for maintaining records in accordance with local medical records retention laws

IMPORTANT: The App is a record-keeping and practice management tool only. • The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations • The App is NOT a medical device and should not be relied upon for clinical decisions • Treatment records in the App are for documentation purposes only • Practitioners must exercise independent professional judgment for all clinical decisions • Patients should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice We are not responsible for any clinical decisions made by practitioners or patients based on information stored in the App.

For practitioners who opt into the Injektor Network directory: • You are responsible for the accuracy of your directory listing • You must hold valid qualifications and licenses as represented in your profile • We reserve the right to verify credentials and remove listings that are inaccurate or misleading • Featured placement and verification badges are subject to our review process • We do not guarantee any specific number of patient inquiries or bookings • Patient-practitioner interactions via WhatsApp or other channels are outside our control and responsibility

• The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Injektor and protected by intellectual property laws • Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App • You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App • The Injektor name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Injektor • You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, App deletion, or any other cause • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim Because the App stores data locally on your device, we cannot recover lost data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Injektor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation • For practitioners: Any claims related to your professional services or patient care • Any content or data you store in the App

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it • You may cancel your subscription through the App or your app store account • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms • We may discontinue the App or any feature with reasonable notice • Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately • Data stored locally on your device remains yours; we do not have access to delete it remotely

We may update these Terms from time to time: • Updated Terms will be posted on our website and in the App • The "Last Updated" date will reflect any changes • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms • Material changes will be communicated through App update notes • If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the App

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law
